When Lacoste, one of the world’s most iconic global brands, staged a month-long takeover at The Lawn beach club in Bali, they asked us to bring their emblem to life. The result: a six-metre crocodile sculpture crafted entirely from coconut leaves. In just two weeks, 15 artisans transformed natural materials into a striking centrepiece that fused Lacoste’s global identity with Balinese tradition. The installation became THE most talked-about element of the activation. Proof that local craftsmanship can powerfully amplify a global brand story.
