We were honored to be invited to create five sustainable installations celebrating the very best of Indonesian art, culture, and craftsmanship.
Our centrepiece—a monumental 10m x 10m turtle sculpture—stood as an emblem of nature and ingenuity. Crafted from handwoven slepan and coconut leaves, banana trunk fibre rope work and intricate mixed-media tipat patterns- the installation celebrated sustainability at scale, rooted deeply in local heritage.
This project was more than an art installation; it was a testament to Indonesia’s creative spirit and a powerful statement on sustainability, capturing the attention of global leaders and delegates during one of the most significant international events of the year.
